Responsibilities:

-       Report to Area Manager, China;

-       Work with China management team to achieve annual budget and business goals

-       Provide leadership in managing the business and the people in plant

-       Coach and guide the team and ensure there is alignment and focus

Requirements:

-       35+ years old;

-       University/MBA graduate with 10+ years experience in manufacturing environment

-       Excellent communication and good command of English, both spoken and written

-       Self motivated and strong people management and interpersonal skills

-       Willing to be relocated in China
